Aramark is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a General Assistant (Front of House) at our Northwood HQ location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Basic food preparation
  • Setting up for breakfast
  • Restocking items and stock rotation
  • Kitchen and dining room cleaning
  • Client focus - providing excellent customer service at all times
  • General cleaning of front and back of house
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
  • Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times
  • Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
  • Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
  • A great team player with a flexible approach to duties
  • A DBS check is required
