Opportunity to Join Our Team

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a General Assistant - Food and Beverage at our Northwood HQ location. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our events and functions.

About the Role

This role will involve working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain a clean and safe environment, and support our events and functions. As a General Assistant - Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cleaning, relaying tables, and assisting with bar duties. You will also be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

What You'll Be Doing

This role will involve working as a Steward and/or Bar staff, with responsibilities including:

  • STEWARDS: Cleaning, relaying tables, assisting with events and functions, delivering great customer service, and day-to-day duties such as hoovering, cleaning water jugs, and general tidying.
  • BAR: Working behind the bar, delivering great customer service, keeping the bar tidy, delivering bar snacks, assisting with events and functions, and working as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided for the past 5 years.
  • Previous experience would be an advantage, but on-the-job training will be provided.
