Database Officer - Part Time

We are seeking a skilled Database Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Database Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective capture and management of supporter data, working closely with the Database Manager to learn the system and key processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of the fundraising database, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  2. Liaise with the CRM provider, IT support team, and external providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth database operations.
  3. Prepare data for marketing and appeals, segmenting data as requested by the supporter engagement and community and events teams.
  4. Support the donor care team by responding to queries, resolving issues, and exploring solutions to improve existing processes.

This is an interim role for 6 months, with the potential to be extended. If you have experience in database management and are looking for a part-time opportunity, please apply.
