Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at David Lloyd Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our club reception and cleaning teams, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the efficient operation of the club reception and cleaning teams, ensuring a 5-star experience for our members.
  • Act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the club's operations during peak periods.
  • Lead the Reception, Cleaning, and Spa host teams, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the club.
