Children's Mental Health Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Hospital Director at Priory Hospital Suttons Manor. As a key member of the Hospital Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the hospital's financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Direct leadership for the Hospital Senior Management team and indirect leadership for the full hospital team.
- Budgets & Equipment: Direct responsibility for budget management and cost control within the hospital.
- Information: Shared responsibility for the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of staff and patient records, data, and information.
- Leadership Experience: Seasoned leader with operational and financial planning experience.
- Commercial Accountability: Experience of commercial accountability for cost control and financial performance.
- Healthcare Experience: Experience in a hospital environment, preferably in a Mental Health Service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communications, including awareness of the impact of communication on the desired audience.
