Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Transformation Unit team as a CAMHS Triage and Assessment Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to step into a senior role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust and informative assessments for young people and their families, ensuring a high standard of CAMHS knowledge and experience.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team to provide a high-quality, timely, accessible, and evidence-based service to all service users who need it.
  • Develop quality services to improve the lives of local people, working within a diverse community.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification and registration as a mental health practitioner.
  • Experience in CAMHS, mental health, and triage, assessment, risk assessment, and formulation skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant government policies and guidance relating to child and adolescent mental health.
