Job Title: Engineering and Manufacturing Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering and Manufacturing Educator to join our team at Luminate Education Group. As an Engineering and Manufacturing Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the engineering and manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students at Level 2 and Level 3.
  • Design and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience and ensure students are well-prepared for careers in engineering and manufacturing.
  • Contribute to the development of the engineering and manufacturing curriculum, ensuring it remains current with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Engineering and Manufacturing.
  • Experience in working within the engineering and manufacturing industry.
  • Passion for engineering and manufacturing education and a commitment to student success.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, industry partners, and the broader community.
