Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal production levels.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and PPM (Predictive Maintenance) methodologies.
  • Knowledge of 17th Edition electrical regulations and experience with multi-bagging systems and check-weighers.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as HNC/HND or full apprenticeship in a related field.
