Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of production managers to achieve manufacturing excellence
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Degree educated in an engineering or manufacturing discipline
- Formal safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate
- Certificate in team management, e.g., ILM level 2/3
- Proven work experience as a Senior Manager leading a diverse team
