Position Overview:
Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Ownership Specialist to join our dynamic Home Ownership Team. This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary range of £30,680 - £33,796 per annum.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Ownership Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and supporting home ownership initiatives within the organization.
- Utilizing your expertise in housing management to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Maintaining proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to facilitate efficient operations.


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in a housing management or home ownership setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with colleagues and stakeholders.
