About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our team at Recruit North Ltd. As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Conveyancing Manager in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and review of conveyancing documents, including contracts and deeds.
  • Conduct research and provide advice on conveyancing matters, including property law and regulations.
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transaction progress.
  • Collaborate with the Conveyancing Manager to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an admin role, preferably in a legal or property-related field.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a client care/customer service environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a Residential Conveyancing role, with a strong understanding of property law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and property-related systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
