About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our team at Recruit North Ltd. As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Conveyancing Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of conveyancing transactions, including drafting and reviewing documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Conveyancing Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of conveyancing procedures and legislation.
  • Contribute to the development of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an admin role, preferably in a conveyancing or property law environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and property law software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
