About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our team at Recruit North Ltd. As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Conveyancing Department in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and review of conveyancing documents, including contracts and deeds.
  • Conduct research and provide advice on conveyancing matters, including property law and regulations.
  • Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth conveyancing transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of conveyancing transactions, including property searches and title deeds.
  • Collaborate with the Conveyancing Team to ensure timely and efficient completion of conveyancing transactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a conveyancing or legal role.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and regulations, including property law and Land Registry procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
