About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our team at Recruit North Ltd. As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Conveyancing Manager in delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and review of conveyancing documents, including contracts and deeds.
  • Conduct research and provide advice on conveyancing matters, including property law and regulations.
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transaction progress.
  • Collaborate with the Conveyancing Manager to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a conveyancing or legal services role.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and property management systems.
