Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and enhance a team of three Senior Finance Analysts.
  • Establish a collaborative partnership with middle and senior operational management, delivering essential metrics and analyses to support informed commercial decision-making.
  • Compile monthly management accounts, including variance analyses, ensuring timely reporting and offering insightful feedback on financial performance.
  • Communicate monthly results to divisional business partners and senior stakeholders, including operational teams, to facilitate a clear understanding of profitability.
  • Oversee and manage monthly CAPEX reporting, preparing forecast updates to maintain budget compliance.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and five-year plans to ensure the organization meets planning deadlines with precision.
  • Supervise balance sheet reconciliations to guarantee that controls are established and followed.
  • Enhance business processes and systems while translating complex data into relevant management information, proactively seeking and proposing profit improvement strategies for the business unit.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
  • Experience in supporting and influencing operational colleagues.
  • Management accounting experience in service, logistics, or manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a small team.

Strong proficiency in systems, including advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI.
