- Lead, mentor, and enhance a team of three Senior Finance Analysts.
- Establish a collaborative partnership with mid-level and senior operational management, delivering essential metrics and analyses to support informed commercial decision-making.
- Compile monthly management accounts, including variance analyses, ensuring timely reporting and offering insightful feedback on financial performance.
- Present monthly outcomes to divisional business partners and senior stakeholders, including operational teams, to foster understanding of profitability.
- Oversee and manage monthly CAPEX reporting, preparing forecast updates to maintain budget compliance.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and five-year plans to assist the organization in meeting planning deadlines with precision.
- Supervise balance sheet reconciliations to ensure adherence to established controls.
- Enhance business processes and systems while translating complex data into relevant management information, proactively recommending profit improvement strategies for the business unit.
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Proven experience in supporting and influencing operational colleagues.
- Management accounting experience in service, logistics, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
- Experience in managing and developing a small team.
Strong system skills, including advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI, are essential.
