Job Overview

Main Duties

This is an ideal post for an experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist looking to further develop clinical knowledge and management skills within our multidisciplinary team. The successful applicant will provide therapeutic interventions based on a problem-solving and advanced clinical reasoning approach. Opportunities for in-service and external training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide rehabilitation and reablement services to adults with complex recovery needs
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support patient goals and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

Bachelor/Diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalentHCPC registrationPostgraduate experience of 2 years minimum covering core skills in rehabilitation and management of complex conditionsBroad experience of orthopedics, medical, falls, cardio-respiratory, and elderly careSpecific experience in community rehabilitationWell-established knowledge of assessment tools and treatment techniques relevant to the client groupWorking for Our Organisation
