About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardiac Rehab Instructor to join our team at Lampton 360.

As a Cardiac Rehab Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering cardiac rehabilitation exercise assessments and sessions to patients who have experienced a recent cardiac event or have been diagnosed with heart failure.

Our cardiac rehabilitation program is designed to help patients regain their strength and confidence, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver cardiac rehabilitation exercise assessments and sessions to patients in a variety of community venues
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Develop and implement exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust programs as needed

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a cardiac and rehabilitation qualification, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

You will also need to be flexible, innovative, and able to work in a community setting.
