About the Role

VINCI Facilities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Performance team, you will be responsible for extracting CAFM data and creating operational reports to support our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Digital Analysts in transforming raw work order data into analysis-ready formats for various reports and digital tools.
  • Cleanse raw data with Performance Co-Ordinator and Digital Analyst to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Transform cleansed data into reports using visualization tools such as BIRT, Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot, Power View, and Excel.
  • Support the planning and monitoring of Maximo and other digital tools development projects.
  • Support the Performance team in creating and uploading regular reports on the electronic management system.
  • Maintain digital filing systems (SharePoint) and plan diaries for the Performance team as needed.
  • Support the Performance team with administration tasks such as taking meeting notes.
  • Undertake performance analysis and auditing work order data.
  • Support and organize various aspects of new projects such as Maximo reporting upgrades.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Facilities Management environment.
  • Proficiency in Maximo or similar CAFM systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
