Job Summary

VINCI Facilities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Coordinator to join our team. As a Performance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Performance Team in delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Digital Analysts in transforming raw work order data into actionable insights for analysis and reporting.
  • Cleanse and prepare data for import into various reports and digital tools.
  • Develop and maintain reports using visualization tools such as BIRT, Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot, Power View, and Excel.
  • Support the planning and monitoring of Maximo and other digital tools development projects.
  • Contribute to the creation and uploading of regular reports on the electronic management system.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Plan and coordinate diaries for the Performance Team, including training workshops and meetings.
  • Support the Performance Team with administrative tasks, such as taking meeting notes and preparing reports.
  • Conduct performance analysis and auditing of work order data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new projects, such as Maximo reporting upgrades.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Facilities Management environment.
  • Proficiency in Maximo or similar CAFM systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
