**Job Title: Inventory Controller - Global FMCG Company**

**Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 DOE**

**Role Overview**: We are currently seeking a skilled Inventory Controller to join our client's team. As an integral part of the supply chain management process, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels across various locations and ensuring seamless operations to meet consumer demand efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels in the warehouse and factory.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and ensure accuracy in inventory records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to monitor inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze inventory data and performance metrics to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues related to inventory replenishment and delivery.
- Utilize inventory management software and systems to track inventory movements and generate reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management within the FMCG industry, preferably in a global context.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
