Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Agent to join our team at Kier Group, working on our Severn Trent Water Framework. As a key member of our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Team, you will be responsible for the supervision of the workforce at our Worcester Wastewater Treatment works site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of subcontractors to deliver projects safely and to the specified quality.
  • Ensure implementation of project plans, risk assessments, and safe systems of work in line with company procedures.
  • Input and awareness of construction programmes and work closely with the project planner and project manager.
  • Deliver site inductions, issue permits and forms, and conduct daily briefings and record keeping.
  • Undertake weekly site audits and document and issue requests for information in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Chair site meetings and report weekly to the project manager on site progress.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the construction industry.
  • Substantial knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management, and cost control.
  • Good knowledge of producing, reviewing, and implementing safe systems of work for task-specific activities.
  • CSCS Card.
