Bridges Electrical Engineers is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and supervise a small team of electricians on various projects across the English Midlands.
This is a permanent role, contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installations in accordance with industry standards and company health and safety rules.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise electrical installations on water and wastewater sites across Severn Trent Water locations
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, in compliance with project quality plans and inspection and test plans
- Coach and mentor electricians, electrical improvers/mates, and apprentices
- Promote and demonstrate company values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients
- Act as a professional ambassador for Bridges Electrical Engineers, supporting business goals and maintaining a positive company reputation
- ECS gold card
- SSSTS/SMSTS certification
- Experience as an Electrical Supervisor, site supervising electrical projects
- Experience within water/heavy industrial industries
- Appropriate City & Guilds trade qualification
- Relevant H&S certificate
- Full UK driving license
- Emergency first aid or First Aider
- PASMA/IPAF certification
- Confined space training
- COMPEX certification
- EUSR water hygiene certification
- Test and Inspect certification
