We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team at Kier Group, working on our Severn Trent Water Framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the workforce at our wastewater treatment works site.

As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for leading a team of subcontractors to deliver work safely and efficiently, without environmental incidents, and to the specified quality. This will involve:

  • Ensuring the implementation of project plans, risk assessments, and safe systems of work, in line with company procedures.
  • Inputting and being aware of construction programmes and working closely with the project planner and project manager.
  • Undertaking weekly site audits and documenting and issuing requests for information in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Chairing site meetings and reporting weekly to the project manager on site progress.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry and a substantial knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management, and cost control. A CSCS card is also required.
