Job Description

e-Careers Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trainee Administrator to join our team. As a Trainee Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Minute Taking: Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings, ensuring that all actions and decisions are recorded.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date.
  • Administration: Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as required.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media management and website updates.
  • Design and Print: Assist with design and print projects, including T-shirt printing and other related tasks.
  • Social Media: Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts.
  • Machinery Operation: Assist with the operation of machinery, including training and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism at all times, maintaining a high level of integrity and honesty in all aspects of the role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Trustworthiness: Demonstrate trustworthiness and reliability, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when required.
