About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Administrator to join our team at Ogier. As a Trainee Administrator, you will play a key role in the administration of complex funds, management companies, and associated fund structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including minutes, resolutions, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate the timely execution of documentation and statutory filings.
  • Process bank payments and reconcile payment logs.
  • Produce and circulate invoices, collect fees, and chase debtors.
  • Maintain accurate investor records and process investor changes and transfers.
  • Support routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
  • Assist in the training of junior team members and provide feedback to your manager.
  • Ensure data integrity and attention to detail in all activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and experience with Viewpoint and Investran.
  • Responsive and client-focused with strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to achieving excellence for yourself, your clients, and your team.
