Trevett Project Services operates as a privately held entity with two distinct divisions: Trevett Project Services, which provides consultancy support in Quantity Surveying, Commercial, and Project Management, and Trevett Services, a recruitment firm specializing in the acquisition and placement of talent within the Built Environment, particularly focusing on Facilities Management & Maintenance personnel and Mechanical & Electrical Project specialists.

We are privileged to collaborate with a diverse array of organizations, ranging from prominent Facilities Management and Maintenance Service Providers to Mechanical & Electrical Contractors and End User clients.

Currently, Trevett Services is seeking to expand our dynamic team of Recruitment Account Managers in our Southampton office.

Our offices are located in Central London, Reading, and Southampton, and we embrace a hybrid working model.

We are in search of proactive, intelligent, and self-assured individuals, preferably with a background in recruitment within the Built Environment, although this is not a strict requirement, to join our Southampton team.

Key areas of opportunity, with highly receptive clients, include: Maintenance Engineers, Contract Support / Administration, Contract / Account Managers, Senior Managers, M&E Project Managers, and Site Managers. If you possess experience in these fields, we would be eager to connect with you.

This role encompasses Account Management with a 360-degree recruitment approach, meaning you will be responsible for both client engagement and candidate interaction.


  • Candidate Engagement: You will craft compelling and well-structured job advertisements, proactively search for relevant CVs online, screen candidates for various roles, and guide them through the interview process, including providing feedback and updates on their applications. Additionally, you will enhance both your personal and our company’s brand through strategic use of social media platforms.
  • Client Engagement: This role also involves a sales component where you will promote our services, cultivate and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers, ensuring they receive exceptional service that fosters repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with colleagues to guarantee that both clients and candidates receive the highest level of service and attention at all times.

Our modern offices support a work schedule of Monday to Thursday in the office, with Fridays designated for remote work, and we maintain a casual dress code (unless meeting clients).

We provide a competitive salary with an uncapped commission structure, along with quarterly and annual individual and team incentives and bonuses.
