Job Description

The Client Success Manager is a key role at Intelerad Forge Strategic Partnership, responsible for driving client success and growth. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a ability to develop and implement strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and goals, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, from operational to executive.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and retention.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client plans.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and develop plans to support client self-sufficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on client progress and growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a minimum of 3 years in customer success or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proven ability to demonstrate the value of software products and professional services, exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Working Conditions

This position requires up to 25% of UK travel and occasional office attendance in Basingstoke.
