We are seeking a talented Client Relationship Manager to become a part of our growing team. This position offers a structured workweek of 37 hours, Monday to Friday, with comprehensive training provided for all new hires.
Initially, you will be based in our office, which is easily accessible and features a friendly and supportive environment. Following the successful completion of your training and probationary period, this position will transition to a hybrid model, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days remotely each week.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be essential to our operations by interacting with clients, offering guidance on services, renewals, and ensuring their requirements are fulfilled. Our goal is to provide an outstanding client experience, and your role is pivotal in achieving this.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of clients to meet business objectives
- Adhere to Sales Quality standards to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop strong connections with clients and insurance providers
- Remain informed about the health insurance market, products, and regulations
- Document business interactions in the database on a daily basis
- Work collaboratively with team members to offer support
