- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive success.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a minimum of 3 years in customer success or equivalent.
- Skills: Proven ability to demonstrate the value of software products and professional services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in team management and collaborative leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
