PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

To cultivate robust relationships with associates and clients, ensuring a high fulfillment rate for all recruitment requests. To manage a talent portfolio; attract, enhance skills, retain, and foster long-term relationships, guaranteeing a steady supply of job-ready qualified candidates for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients while expanding the recruitment desk.
  • Utilizing the CRM system to maintain and update relevant information.
  • Conducting client visits to secure new business and address recruitment needs.
  • Leveraging talent databases to align suitable candidates with client vacancies.
  • Reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and short-listing candidates for clients.
  • Assessing candidates to ensure their qualifications meet client requirements before submission.
  • Conducting market analysis, visiting clients, and maximizing networking and sales opportunities.
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence for clients regarding qualified applicants.
  • Coordinating interviews and providing constructive feedback.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong accountability for managing and developing the talent pool while maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to consult and understand client requirements.
  • Clear and confident communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in securing business through both warm and cold leads.
  • Financially motivated with a desire to achieve high commission earnings.
