About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team at the Prospero Group. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with clients and candidates, as well as developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell face-to-face and over the phone to high-level decision makers
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • SOURCE and build a client and candidate database
  • Work with and without direction, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and dedication
  • Competently write marketing pieces and proof-check bids and tenders
  • Work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements
  • Ambitious, competitive, and driven individual

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the recruitment industry
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
