Liverpool Business School seeks an enthusiastic and experienced individual for the role of Degree Apprentice Facilitator on a full-time basis. Part-time hours may be considered.

Your Role
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders across the Liverpool City Region, working closely with the Head of Apprenticeships.
  • Support learners pursuing higher level and degree apprenticeships (Level 6 & 7) by connecting them with relevant program teams within the School.
  • Provide administrative support to develop and enhance the commercial offerings of the School.
Your Skills

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong teamwork skills and self-motivation with a proactive attitude.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employers and apprentices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience liaising with external organizations.
  • Knowledge of current apprenticeship trends, particularly in HRM or Healthcare.
  • Familiarity with assessment procedures in work-based learning, especially within construction apprenticeships.
