Job Title: Skills and Development Coach

Reports to: Head of Apprenticeships

Role Type: Hybrid (Onsite twice a month in Manchester Office)

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Skills Coach at First Intuition, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a diverse range of learners, including accountancy apprentices, to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Provide guidance and support to learners through regular review meetings and feedback sessions
  • Monitor learner progression and provide coaching to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with line managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to inform your coaching and guidance
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

Required:

Ability to inspire and motivate learners, with a passion for learning and development

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders

Confident and professional, with a strong sense of integrity and accountability

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach

Microsoft literate (Excel, Outlook)

Desired:

Accountancy background or knowledge, with experience of working with apprentices or young people

Experience of working in a training or education environment, with a strong understanding of learning and development principles
