Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and values-oriented individual to become a vital member of our expanding team as a Care Coach . In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our clients receive exemplary care and support.

Position: Care Coach (Senior Carer)

Compensation: £25,377 (annual) plus generous on-call remuneration | Up to £300 for new hires and referral bonuses.

Work Schedule: Full-time | 1 position available (9:00am-5:00pm) with occasional evening and on-call responsibilities.

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Liverpool (L7)

The Care Coach (Senior Carer) collaborates with Service Users, their Care Support Workers, and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of care. This role is essential in promoting the core values of the organization, sharing best practices, and empowering staff to excel in their roles.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related purposes are required.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Guiding staff to provide outstanding care through coaching, mentoring, training, and direct assistance.
  • Conducting Best Practice and Support Sessions with team members.
  • Sharing best practices and equipping staff with the necessary training to deliver care effectively.
  • Onboarding and mentoring new carers through shadowing and support.
  • Offering technical guidance and support to all staff and service users.
  • Providing additional assistance for complex care packages.
  • Ensuring adherence to Be Caring's policies and procedures at all times.
  • Meeting Care Quality Commission standards consistently.

Previous experience in care is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training, support, and guidance will be provided to the successful candidate.
