Position Overview

We are in search of a detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal abilities to become a vital part of our esteemed Projects division as a Program Coordinator. In this role, you will initiate, facilitate, and oversee the execution of projects and essential tasks throughout the organization, while ensuring that all relevant stakeholders remain engaged.

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the governance of their team of Business Analysts, guaranteeing that all necessary Agile ceremonies and documentation are maintained.

Position Title: Program Coordinator

Location: Hybrid working arrangement

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Compensation: Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Business Analysts within their designated product area
  • Ensure compliance with established governance protocols by Business Analysts
  • Facilitate necessary internal governance meetings to keep projects aligned with objectives
  • Participate in and contribute to daily standup meetings
  • Deliver timely project updates to senior management and stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive culture within the team
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process enhancements
  • Address and monitor issues and conflicts, removing obstacles and resolving medium-complexity problems involving stakeholders, escalating as necessary
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, internal departments, and external partners
  • Enhance business processes across departments through thorough analysis and teamwork
  • Supervise operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while seeking improvement opportunities
  • Ensure that significant issues are communicated to senior management

Candidate Profile:

  • Highly organized with exceptional time management capabilities
  • Able to handle complex workloads and meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams to achieve objectives
  • Detail-oriented, utilizing data to uncover opportunities
  • Previous experience in leadership or coaching roles
  • Proficient in project management; experience in business analytics is advantageous
