Procurement Support Specialist

As a vital member of our team, the Procurement Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service.

In this permanent role, you will be an integral part of our expert team, ensuring that our Repair Centre is well-equipped with the necessary resources. Your responsibilities will include managing essential data and providing support to our purchasing team.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be tasked with:

  • Processing orders and overseeing the supply and return of spare parts for our Customer Repair Centre and associated operations.
  • Assisting Buyers and Assistant Purchasing Managers in the daily operations of Spares Purchasing.
  • Providing accurate and timely Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) information to relevant departments.
  • Proactively following up with suppliers to enhance delivery times and provide precise ETA updates for stock shortages.
  • Ensuring all tasks are executed accurately, punctually, and within budget constraints.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in an administrative, office, or purchasing role is preferred.
