Procurement Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Procurement Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will be part of a dedicated group focused on maintaining the supply chain for our Repair Centre and supporting our buyers effectively.

Role Overview:

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders and overseeing the supply and return of necessary components for our Customer Repair Centre and external operations.
  • Assisting Buyers and Assistant Purchasing Managers in managing daily purchasing activities.
  • Providing accurate and timely Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) information to relevant departments.
  • Following up with suppliers to enhance delivery times and ensure precise ETAs for inventory shortages.
  • Executing all tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in an administrative, office, or procurement setting is preferred.
