As a key member of our team, the Procurement Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will be part of a dedicated group focused on maintaining the supply chain for our Repair Centre and supporting our buyers effectively.
Role Overview:
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders and overseeing the supply and return of necessary components for our Customer Repair Centre and external operations.
- Assisting Buyers and Assistant Purchasing Managers in managing daily purchasing activities.
- Providing accurate and timely Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) information to relevant departments.
- Following up with suppliers to enhance delivery times and ensure precise ETAs for inventory shortages.
- Executing all tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and within budget constraints.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong time management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in an administrative, office, or procurement setting is preferred.
