We are seeking a Procurement Support Specialist on a permanent contract to join our team of professionals who ensure our Repair Centre is fully equipped. You will oversee the essential data that drives our operations and assist our purchasing team.
Role Overview:In this position, your responsibilities will include:
• Placing orders and managing the supply and return of components needed for the Customer Repair Centre, field operations, and external partners.
• Assisting Buyers and Assistant Purchasing Managers to enhance the daily Spares Purchasing operations.
• Providing accurate and timely Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) information to relevant departments.
• Following up with suppliers to improve delivery times and provide precise ETAs for stock shortages.
• Ensuring all tasks are executed accurately, punctually, and within budget.
You will need:
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong time management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative, office, or purchasing environment is preferred.
