Chubb Fire & Security Group is seeking dedicated CCTV Monitoring Specialists to enhance our security operations. This role is a full-time, permanent position within our security monitoring division.

We are currently looking for candidates who possess a valid SIA - CCTV Licence.

COMPENSATION: £27,000 per annum, inclusive of shift allowance

* Overtime Compensation: Standard overtime is compensated at the basic rate (hours exceeding standard), with Bank Holidays at the basic rate and Christmas Day & New Year's Day at three times the basic rate.

Responsibilities of a CCTV Monitoring Specialist

With comprehensive and ongoing training, you will assist in monitoring and responding to CCTV and intruder alarm activations. This includes communicating with our clients in a calm and timely manner when alarms are triggered and taking appropriate actions to ensure the security of their premises.

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients and external entities, including Emergency Services
  • Process CCTV and alarm activations swiftly and accurately
  • Relay pertinent information to the relevant Emergency Services and clients regarding their systems

Work Schedule: hours per week - 4 shifts on, followed by 4 shifts off.

Shift Details: You will alternate between two DAY shifts (7am to 7pm) and two NIGHT shifts (7pm to 7am), followed by four days off.

We seek individuals who are strong communicators with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ideally, you will have prior experience in a customer service role within a call center or similar environment:

  • Valid CCTV (SIA) badge
  • Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong IT proficiency
  • Willingness to commit to a shift schedule that includes both day and night hours
