Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Monitoring Agent to join our team at Chubb Fire & Security Limited. As a CCTV Monitoring Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to CCTV and intruder alarms, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the security and safety of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to CCTV and intruder alarms in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a calm and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the security and safety of our customers
  • Process CCTV and alarm activations speedily and accurately
  • Inform the relevant Emergency Services and Customers of relevant information in relation to their system

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to commit to shift working, including a blend of day and night shifts
