The role of the CCTV Systems Engineer is pivotal within our organization, which specializes in the design and production of advanced telecommunications and security solutions tailored for the Oil & Gas and Defence industries. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our project execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

The CCTV Systems Engineer will engage in a variety of engineering functions essential for the successful delivery of projects. The primary duties include:

Sales Assistance:

  • Collaborating with the Sales team to develop system designs
  • Conducting technical evaluations of system proposals prior to client presentation
  • Generating technical documentation to bolster proposals

System Engineering:

  • Creating system designs that align with project specifications utilizing both conventional and innovative methodologies
  • Drafting engineering schematics and documentation for client validation

Manufacturing Collaboration:

  • Delivering comprehensive documentation to facilitate manufacturing processes
  • Assisting production teams during assembly and testing stages

System Implementation and Configuration Oversight:

  • Deploying IP-based systems, which encompass cameras, servers, storage solutions, networking devices, and fiber optic components

Testing and Validation:

  • Leading and participating in Factory Acceptance Testing to confirm systems adhere to client requirements

Post-Implementation Support:

  • Providing assistance to clients during the installation and commissioning phases
  • Offering continuous support throughout the operational lifespan of the system
