Overtime Rates: Standard overtime paid at basic rate; Bank Holidays at basic rate; Christmas Day & New Year's Day at 3x basic rate.

Role Responsibilities

As a CCTV Operations Agent, you will receive comprehensive training to assist in monitoring and responding to CCTV and intruder alarms. Your duties will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound communications with customers and external agencies, including emergency services
  • Processing CCTV and alarm activations promptly and accurately
  • Notifying relevant emergency services and customers with critical information regarding their systems

Working Hours: This position requires a commitment of hours per week, operating on a shift pattern of four shifts followed by four days off.

Shift Pattern: You will alternate between two daytime shifts (7 am to 7 pm) and two nighttime shifts (7 pm to 7 am), followed by four days off.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a telephone-based or contact center environment is preferred. Key attributes include:
