Key Responsibilities

The primary duty of the Transport Coordinator is to safely and efficiently transport healthcare professionals to patient appointments, ensuring that all in-vehicle equipment is secure and functional.

As a Patient Services Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients upon arrival and assisting with check-in procedures.
  • Managing appointment scheduling and follow-up communications.
  • Opening and closing service locations as required.
  • Conducting inventory checks to ensure adequate supplies are available.

Depending on service needs, Transport Coordinators may be required to assist at different service locations within the region.

Required Qualifications

Essential

  • Valid UK driving license.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with healthcare environments, policies, and procedures.
