We are seeking Pension Member Administrators to join their team, responsible for:
- Calculating and verifying benefits for scheme members, their dependants, and employers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing clear, concise, and accurate information to Pension Fund members through telephone and written correspondence, maintaining high customer service standards.
- Reviewing and verifying calculations and communications completed by trainees and peers, offering technical advice and support.
- Participating in service improvement projects to enhance the administration of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes.
- Assisting with annual allowance and disclosure exercises, as well as other ad-hoc requests.
Successful candidates will possess proven experience in Defined Benefit Pension Scheme administration, along with strong administration and communication skills, enabling them to handle high volumes of work efficiently and effectively.
