The Retirement team at WTW is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Consultant. As a Trainee Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the leading figures in the pensions industry and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with trustees and sponsors of occupational pension schemes to provide actuarial services and advice on pension scheme design, funding, risk management, governance, administration, and communication.
  • Contribute to the development of cutting-edge risk-reduction and scheme design projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Study to become a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, with support from WTW including study leave, study materials, and exam fees.
