Your Role
As the Culinary and Beverage Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and leading our team to deliver outstanding service on every occasion. You will be responsible for:

  • Implementing Village Hotel Clubs' food and beverage strategy to achieve financial targets and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a talented F&B team across our Pub & Grill and Meeting & Events departments.
  • Fostering the growth of the F&B Assistant Manager and Team Leaders in their leadership and management capabilities.
  • Overseeing the conduct, performance, and attitude of all F&B Assistants.
  • Ensuring a commitment to high standards and exceptional hospitality to enhance guest experiences.
  • Impressing our conference and events guests with your enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Promoting a culture of passion for food and beverage knowledge within the team.
  • Planning and reviewing staffing schedules to optimize service delivery while maintaining budgetary guidelines.
  • Managing stock levels and adhering to stock control procedures.
  • Upholding brand standards in all aspects of food and beverage service, including guest interactions and food presentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
  • Monitoring operational progress and financial performance against strategic goals.
