We are in search of a Sales Operations Supervisor.

Position Overview

This role is pivotal in training and developing frontline personnel while ensuring the branch's overall profitability. Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Leadership focused on service excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee staff performance and cultivate effective teams to meet sales targets
  • Enhance incremental sales through robust training and staff development
  • Engage in daily communication with team members, providing recognition and constructive feedback
  • Deliver ongoing training and education consistently
  • Maintain precise sales documentation
  • Collaborate closely with management and departmental leaders
  • Manage customer satisfaction metrics and ensure a seamless customer experience

Job Qualifications:

  • A valid, clean driving license with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience is essential
  • Experience in managing direct customer interactions, employee relations, and budget oversight
  • Ability to make sound judgments and prudent decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster relationships across the organization
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven history in a supervisory role
  • Competence in attracting, assessing, coaching, and promoting staff to build an effective team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
