Your Role: Business Development and Sales Manager

As a Business Development and Sales Manager at Air Partner, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and ultimately converting prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities through targeted client outreach and networking.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales by effectively presenting our services and negotiating contracts that meet both client needs and company objectives.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of the aviation market and our competitive landscape.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to specific client requirements, showcasing Air Partner's expertise and value proposition.
  • Utilize our CRM system to effectively manage sales activities, track progress, and generate insightful reports for performance analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in consultative selling with a track record of exceeding sales targets within the aviation or related industries.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial role, demonstrating strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource management, ensuring efficient execution of sales activities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, adept at securing mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required to meet client needs and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
