About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Air Partner Group. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify sales opportunities and close deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally
